Accused Harasser Questioned: 'However Suppose I Could Be Madeleine?'
A woman charged with stalking Kate McCann reportedly recorded her a recorded message which asked: "what if I am Madeleine?"
The defendant, twenty-four, who a jury heard has consistently claimed she was the disappeared Madeleine McCann, and her co-defendant are facing charges accused with harassing Kate and Gerry McCann from June 2022 and February the current year.
On Monday, the tribunal heard call records and evidence obtained from phones recorded Ms Wandelt persistently requesting Madeleine's mother for a DNA test over that period.

A separate phone message, shared in court, recorded Ms Wandelt saying: "I realize I'm overweight and not pretty like Madeleine used to be, but I believe what I know."
While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's one-way conversations with Mrs McCann's voicemail said: "What if there is a tiny probability that I am Madeleine? What then? Isn't that significant for you?"
"I am not seeking money, I have a life here in Poland, I simply desire to discover," the recording stated.
The jury was informed that via emails, text messages and communications, Ms Wandelt asked for a DNA test, transmitted early photographs to her phone in a effort to show a resemblance to Mrs McCann's disappeared daughter, and stated to have "recollections" from a early life with the McCanns.
An intelligence analyst, an intelligence analyst with the police force who gathered the information, told the court there "showed no any answers" from Mrs McCann.
Ms Wandelt additionally communicated with close associates of the McCanns, as per the phone records.
On that date, Mr McCann answered a communication from Ms Wandelt to his wife's phone, declaring she had "a wrong number."
