White House Condemns 'Democratic Fabrication' as Additional Jeffrey Epstein Images Disclosed

Democratic lawmakers have published a new tranche of what they termed "disturbing" photographs from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The opening batch of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—plus another 70 released later on Friday constitute a tiny fraction of the nearly 100,000 images provided to the House investigative panel, which is looking into the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking crimes.

High-Profile Individuals in the Images

Featured among the prominent personalities seen in the initial batch are public figures including film director Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are obscured.

White House Response

The White House addressed the release in a statement, accusing Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the images for electoral motives and to "try and create a false account."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a presidential representative stated, maintaining that "the Trump administration has accomplished more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by consistently demanding transparency, releasing thousands of pages of records, and calling for more inquiries into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Statement

The photographs were disclosed without context, but according to a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's connections to affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House obfuscation and deliver justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he stated in a comment.

The disclosure of these documents coincides with the House panel continuing its investigation into the Epstein matter.
